Filmcane provides smart link creation, analytics, and marketing tools designed for filmmakers and content creators. Our platform allows you to create landing pages that aggregate streaming platform links for your films and track viewer engagement.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Filmcane is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
