Reach
Definition
The number of unique users who see your ad or content. Reach differs from impressions because one user can generate multiple impressions by seeing your ad more than once. Reach is important for building awareness, while frequency (how many times each person sees your ad) drives recall and action.
Example
If your ad is shown 50,000 times but only 30,000 unique people see it, your reach is 30,000 and your average frequency is 1.67.
